The role of the service coordinator will be to efficiently organise and deliver full support to the field service engineers whilst providing the end clients an outstanding customer service experience.
Ensuring that the service agreements with clients are satisfied, parts are ordered and dispatched to service engineers in due time to enable them to repair / service or maintain equipment
To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our clients customers and field service teams.
Support account and service managers to develop strong relationships with customers.
Manage contacts for all requests and actively deliver a high standard of communication and action on those requests.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that we all meet our customer commitments delivering faults fixes, servicing and system improvements by planning all of our engineer’s time efficiently.
Generate accurate billing in line with customer pricing matrices and service work delivered.
Regularly review efficiency and provide solutions for improvement through innovation
Complete ad-hoc requests to support the end customers and the clients service manager to develop the business and to build on existing relationships
Experience of having worked in a result driven customer service environment.
Fluent English language (spoken and written).
Experience billing / invoicing (particularly desirable).
Engineering (desirable but not essential).
