Project Manager
Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager on a contracting basis, the position will be offering a 12 Month +, Outside IR35 contract that will be offering negotiable hourly rates as well as the possibility of hybrid working with the clients offices being located within the Warrington area.
During this role you will support the delivery of planned work across the end clients project portfolio as well as developing relationships with other operational personnel. This role will require experience in both design and delivery of Water projects with the successful candidate being responsible for a major project or a portfolio of smaller projects.
The right candidate will also be responsible for providing a whole life oversight and accountability for the successful completion of projects and services through design, procurement, assembly, commissioning and handover.
Our client is looking for candidates that have experience of managing multidisciplinary projects including Civils and MEICA, preferably within the Water industry, as well as having a good understanding of construction contract law and forms of contract through experience and formal training.
