Electrical Engineers
Our client is currently looking for multiple Electrical Engineers, the role will be working on a contracting basis that will be offering hybrid working or remote working with the occasional site visitation required for design meetings and reviews, the contract will be Inside of IR35 and offering a rate that is commensurate with experience. The client is looking for all levels from Engineering level to Principal Engineer level.
During this role you will be responsible for Authoring, development, assessment, maintenance and management of design changes/concessions as well as production and development of examination, inspection, maintenance and testing (EIMT) schedule, operating procedures and results to satisfy the design requirements and safety case through the project life cycle.
The client will be looking for Engineers that have experience of working within the Nuclear / Defence sector but this will not be a essential requirement, if candidates don’t have experience of the Defence or Nuclear industry then they can take a introductory course before beginning the role. The client is also looking for experience engineers with previous knowledge of industrial plants an machinery in a HV and LV environment, I.E Pumps, generators, lightning protectors and control systems. Candidates must also have a knowledge of current standards and working practices including British & European Standards.
Candidates must have the right to work within the UK established already and must be sole British nationals having the ability to gain SC clearance if they do not hold it already, due to the nature of the role.
