Site Agent
Our client is looking for a Site Agent for a site that is an hour just north of London, the role will be working in a long term contracting role that can be worked Outside IR35 and will be offering a negotiable day rate that is commensurate with experience, the contract length for this role will be a minimum of 12 months.
The client is looking for candidates that will help organise and manage the systems of work for the allocated discipline which will include management of the relevant supply chains. As well as completing inspection and test plans, risk assessments and method statements for the control of the works ensuring that all necessary documentation are produced in a timely manner.
During this role candidates will provide leadership in health and safety and wellbeing across all responsible works and ensuring that all the standards of safety are implemented to the highest of standards on site. Candidates must have a SMSTS, a relevant CSCS card and CPCS lifting appointed person for this role. All candidates must have the right to work within the UK must be established.
