Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based at a site in the Oxfordshire area, the role will be a long term contract Inside of IR35 but offering a rate that will compensate the Inside IR35 status of the contract. The role will be working within the Water industry and it is desirable for the candidate to have worked / have experience of civil, mechanical, infrastructure and non-infrastructure type work.
The client is looking for candidates that are adaptable to the changing methodology of commercial management with the creation of new digital requirements as well as being proactive about bringing new ways of working into the project to problem solve and to continuously improve the project delivery.
During this role candidates will be leading and developing the effective management and issue of accuracy, timing and compliant notices, you will also ensure contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified. Candidates are also responsible for producing monthly cost reports, forecasts and contract budget reports as well as advising on risk management and participating in the risk workshops.
