Special Requirements System Support and Administrator Location: Runcorn Permanent / Full Time Closing Date: 29th December 2017 Salary: £27000-£30000 per annum Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HSEQ System Support and Administrator to join a leading international industrial services provider. Candidates must be experienced in SharePoint Designer 2007 or 2010 as well as be qualified to ‘A’ Level standard or above. This role will involve reporting to HSEQ Director, supporting HSEQ Systems development and maintenance and ensuring that all data, documents and reports are current and available. Duties will include ensuring that the company systems are structured and maintained to best serve the needs of the business, ensuring that the key central administration activities of the HSEQ function are effectively discharged in support of the HSEQ Director, HSEQ Manager, HSEQ Systems Controller and other HSEQ staff and maintaining files and registers of statutory and other information required by the business. Role Specifics Activities: • Assist in the development web based SharePoint IT platform solutions and databases • Format and maintain CMS documentation on SharePoint Platform • Ensure document control systems are maintained and Management of Change Processes are administered • Manage and analyse data entry, databases (including SYPOL COSHH) and various KPI software solutions. • Prepare management information, reports/statistic reports and analysis to determine the effectiveness of the systems and performance of the business including trend analysis • Provide administration support and preparation of presentation packs as required for HSEQ department. • Manage databases for HSEQ (and other functions) such as audit, NCR, CAR, SOS, PSS etc. • Support development of and manage web based Microsites • Develop, implement and maintain administrative systems within HSEQ (using IT where appropriate) which positively contributes to the effective and efficient management of information. • Making sure accident investigations are tracked, reviewed and entered into the Group database and BIS-IS databases • Maintain effective filing systems • Maintaining audit schedules, receiving and logging audit reports and Corrective Action Reports • Support the management of personal injury claims and rehabilitation programmes, liaising closely with HR personnel. • Receive, log and maintain registers of all internal & project audit reports, 3rd Party Surveillance Reports and Corrective Actions. • Receive and analyse HAVs records, reporting anomalies for further action. • Maintenance of asbestos project/contract and medical records • Develop, maintain and improve company systems looking for continuous improvement opportunities through the Management of Change process and identification of best practice Key Skills • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality. • Excellent organising and planning skills • Excellent communication skills written and verbal. • Excellent IT skills in word, excel and database packages • Ability to work on own initiative and in conjunction with others. • Minimum Two years administration and SharePoint experience • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Skills (2007 or 2010) • Experience of Relational Databases (Access or SQL) • Ability to configure custom Webparts.
